Govind dham is an Ashram created under the umbrella of non-profit organization. Currently the Ashram located in Gunnaur, Madhya Pradesh between Panna and Satna.
Govind dham non-profit was registered in India in October 2017. However, Govind dham as a non-profit was also registered in USA in 2020 to carry out animal welfare and academic non profit events in India and USA as well.
Govinddham aims to create an ashram, a safe place for students, who want to learn and excel in studies. We aim to house students and give them proper training to be scholars, excel in their lives as they grow.
Govinddham also aims to create a shelter for abadoned cows and give them a safe heaven with love and care that they deserve.
We aim to be self sufficient and attain our goals with generous donations from contributors like you. You can visit our donations page and contribute to different projects that we work toward at Govinddham. All contributions are accepted with humility. These donations are tax deductible.
Govinddham is located in district Panna in Madhya Pradesh India and can be reached by air, train and by road. Khajuraho is the nearest airport which is about an hour away from the site. We are in the process of building volunteer lodging at the animal shelter. Once completed, you are more than welcome to volunteer at the Gaushala and offer services for the benefit of cows. You will have to register with the Govinddham office and links and instructions will be provided on this website once Gaushala is ready.
We have rooms built for classroom purposes and there is currently no provision to stay at the school. However when the student hostel is ready, we will open the rooms that are being used by students for general public.
Govinddham is located in district Panna, Madhya Pradesh India and is amidst the historically and culturally rich area. World famous Khajuraho temples are located just an hour's drive from the Ashram. Panna Tiger Reserve and Panna Gold Mines are also 30 minutes away. There are a lot of famous temples in the viscinity that you can visit.
